Every Furbeezy order is carefully prepared to ensure accuracy and protection during transit.

• During high-demand periods (holidays or promotions): up to 5 business days
Shipping Fee
• Flat $2.99 shipping fee on all orders
• No hidden handling or packaging charges
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Furbeezy ships through a global fulfillment network. Delivery times vary by destination:

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking Updates
• Tracking details may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.
• International tracking may not update daily — this is normal and does not indicate a problem.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Furbeezy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
To ensure fast and accurate fulfillment, orders begin processing shortly after placement.
• Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
• Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

Damaged Items
If your Furbeezy product arrives damaged, please email clear photos to our support team within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If the carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.
